We are now located in Shannondale Plaza at 11810 Bedford Rd NE. Our new location has an industrial kitchen, a game room and plenty of activity space.

Services are covered by Maryland Medicaid and some Long-term Insurance plans. Private pay fees are based on an income based sliding scale.

4 full-time on-site nurses manage medications, monitor chronic illnesses and injuries, and consult with off site physicians.
Administration staff assists with any insurance, housing or financial applications.
Activities Coordinators fill the monthly calendar with daily activities, crafts and LIVE entertainment.
Meals are prepared fresh in our kitchen by our creative kitchen staff.
CNA's and program assistants provide daily transportation and personal care.
